Ava Daycare is a fulltime, private at-home childcare nestled in the super child-friendly neighborhood suburb of Upper Chevy Chase in North West Washington, DC just a stone’s throw from Layfayette Elementary School, Recreation Center, and Parks.

The facility is managed by myself, Anushay, and run by my nanny, Jenny, a registered nurse with 20 years of childcare experience, and two higher education degrees. Jenny has been with our family for two years prior to which she was a nanny for several families in Texas for five years. Jenny is originally from the Phillippines, and has Permanent Resident Status in the US. A fulltime assistant for Jenny will also be a part of our staff.

Together, our vision is to expand the quality care she has provided for my daughter to as many mothers and families as possible, allowing working mothers the peace of mind they need to balance both work and their family lives. Our vision is to cultivate a learning and development environment for children that will allow them to be independent & inquisitive while building a caring & stimulating community.
