When I had my daughter two years ago, like most working moms, I experienced tremendous stress dealing with a newborn, a short maternity leave, and finding adequate childcare for my baby. In many ways, I felt as though I was being punished by society for having a child. I experienced, like many working moms, how and why women are forced to dropout of the workforce in America after having a child. There simply is not enough support.

My husband and I were in childcare free fall, and as most mothers know, without securing peace of mind care for your child, being able to function at your job is almost impossible.

Our family’s nanny, Jenny was the answer to my prayers. She was the reason I was able to return to work. After being with our family for two years, and as the needs of my own daughter evolve, Jenny and I decided to join forces to help as many other mothers and families in our neighborhood as possible by providing the peace of mind childcare to other moms and families, that Jenny provided for my family.
