Why an Immigration Attorney?

If you were being persecuted in your home country because of race, religions, sex, or political opinion, you have the right to seek asylum in the U.S. If granted asylum, you could apply for permanent residency after one year.

Family Petitions
In order to bring family members to the U.S., you must first have been granted U.S. citizenship or permanent residence status. The relative must also prove that they are 125% above the poverty line. .
